Ubisoft commissioned BBH to create a recruitment campaign aimed at bringing more diversity and inclusion to their somewhat one dimensional workforce. They wanted to amplify diverse voices in the creation of video games, ensuring the industry continued to connect with broader audiences. Create the Unknown became a rallying cry, a message to inspire underrepresented voices to see that the future of diversity in gaming is in their hands, should they dare to press play.
